We do all shipping within the United States and International "DUE TO OUR LOW PRICES AND THE INCREASE IN POSTAL SERVICES WE CANNOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING"
We work with you and within your needs, Express, Priority, Ground. This will be up to you to decide and we will be looking for the BEST possible way to provide you with professional service. International orders require other pre-requisites to meet that are beyond our control. These orders may take a few more days. On the email add your: Name, Address, Telephone #, Item names and catalog #'s and how would you like for us to ship out your order. And let us know how you would like to make payment. Then, we would email you with your total cost and shipping cost.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Satisfying our customers is our first and foremost aim.
Thus, we guarantee you a 14-day return and exchange right, in case you don't like the item you ordered, that means we exchange the item according to your wishes or return the money. This is only valid, if the goods still are in perfect condition. The customer only has to pay the return postage.
If you are not satisfied with a Botanica Mama Karuca item, you may exchange it or request a refund for the cost of the purchased item(s) within 14 days from the day you received the order. A credit on a charge card purchase will be completed when the item has been returned. Please, inform our staff, via e-mail (orders@botanicamamakaruca.com ), before shipping a return in order to get adequate instructions and authorization. Return shipping has to be paid by the customer unless it was our shipping error.
